By entering our venue, visiting our website or paying for goods (in house or online) you are accepting ALL of the terms & conditions listed below.
Toddlers aged from 12 Months and above are allowed to participate in Freestyle Trampoline Parks 'Open Jump' Sessions permitted that that they are accompanied at all times by a participating Parent or Guardian aged 18 or over.
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
The Parent or Guardian must take full responsibility of the safety and wellbeing of the Under 4s during the session working in line with Freestyle Trampoline Parks Employees, Freestyle Trampoline Parks Operational Practice and Park Rules, if these are not obeyed then the offending party may be asked to cease participation in the activity.
A ratio of 1 Parent/Guardian to 1 child under 4 (1:1) is enforced at all times, spectators are not permitted to oversee anyone under 4s participating in the activity.
Freestyle Trampoline Park refuse the right of admission to under 4s based on the following:
Access to the Airbag is strictly prohibited to anyone aged under 4, this is in line with the manufactures guidelines and Freestyle Trampoline Parks safe operational practice.
Please Note that the Freestyle Trampoline Parks Safety Briefing Video does include content in reference to Broken Bones, Paralysis and Instant Death. This video must be watched by all participants before access to the park is granted.
An alternative session "Pre-School" is available for children under the age of 5 - All the park rules and terms still apply, as well as the following:
-The airbag will not be open during this session, for safety reasons.
-Children must NOT exceed the age of 5.
-Participating adults must be ATLEAST 16 years of age.
-Adults are NOT permitted to jump or use any activities, they are simply only allowed to supervise should they wish.
-A court monitor will not be present during this session, unlike our open jump sessions. However, a fully qualified first aider will always be on site.
-This session is stricly walk ins only.
-Freestyle reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is over the age of 5. They also reserve the right to refuse entry due to the capacity being full.
-Freestyle reserve the right to eject any adults from the park should they be using any activities. This session is strictly for children aged 5 and under.
-Please note: flashing lights, music will be present throughout the session.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of all sessions at Freestyle Trampoline Park.
These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.
1. General
1.1 No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd.
1.2 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the Activities for any reason and without notice.
1.3 Any persons using the trampoline park must be 4 years of age or over, unless accompanied by a responsible consenting adult or guardian.
1.4 Any person using the Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd facilities must complete, or have a wavier completed on their behalf. Those participants under 16, or any participant without the capability to complete their own wavier, must ensure a legal guardian has completed a wavier on their behalf.
1.5 Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance.
1.6 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property whilst onsite. This includes vehicles in surrounding car parks or parked on neighbouring roads. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner's risk.
1.7 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone engaging in what is believed to be antisocial or unsafe behaviour. On the basis of health and safety Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
1.8 The activities include all variations of trampolining and participation is not without risk as serious misuse could be fatal. All participants must attend a safety briefing prior to every park session.
1.9 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes a participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager will be final.
1.10 After the safety briefing, participants will not be individually supervised by a Court Monitor in the Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd facility. A responsible adult must remain on site for any child 12 years of age or under. Participating adults must sign a waiver stating that s/he will accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and for supervision of children in their care.
1.11 All trampolines are restricted to a weight limit of 18.5 stone (117kg). Participants over this weight limit are not permitted to jump in the park as this represents a considerable risk to the participating individual and themselves.
1.12 Participants must be dressed appropriately. Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance to the park to any participant who is not appropriately dressed. The minimum standard of expectation in dress code includes a vest top and shorts. All participants should ensure they remove all jewellery before participating in any activities.
1.13 All participants are required to wear grip socks for safety and hygiene reasons whilst in the park.
1.14 No refunds or compensation will be payable by Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities for any reasons whether out of Freestyle trampoline Parks control or not.
2. Group and Party Bookings
2.1 In the event that Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd are providing catering for your group specific dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure these requirements are met where possible. Failure to provide adequate notice of any changes to dietary requirements may lead to an inability to supply said requirements.
2.2 Should a group choose to make amendments to their catering options, a minimum of 5 clear days notice must be provided.
2.3 Birthday Parties: The addition or reduction of guests to a birthday party must be completed under the following conditions; the remaining number of guests does not fall below 10, that Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd has adequate space to accommodate additional participants and finally, all changes are made in accordance to the refund and transfer policy.
2.4 Birthday Parties: A party is required to present themselves to a member of staff at least 15 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. Rights of admission can be refused at any time in the case of excessive lateness.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd reserves the right to change its prices at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur.
3.2 No refunds will be given for transactions made by gift vouchers. Bookings may be transferred in adherence with our transfer policy.
3.3 Freestyle only take payments in GBP £ currency.
3.4 The online 'Include the Next Hour' bookings may be subject to availability and are available on Open Jump only.
3.5 Booking and payments are taken under UK Law.
4. Refunds and Transfers
4.1 Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd requires 14 clear days notice to provide a refund for any cancellations (please note this does not include the 50% non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations occurring with less than 14 days notice but more than 7 clear days notice will be offered a transfer free of charge to another date. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking at the time the transfer is offered. With less than 7 days notice all cancellations will not receive a refund or transfer, resulting in all monies lost (unless the management decide otherwise)
4.2 Please note that ALL party/group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure the date & time you are wanting. This payment is completely non-refundable under any circumstances (management have the right to offer a refund on this 50% however it is not mandatory and by booking a party with Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd you are accepting that.)
4.3 If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the venue or certain aspects of your party which is out of our control ('Act of God') Freestyle Trampoline Parks Ltd still retain the right to keep the 50% non-refundable deposit.
