Frequently Asked Questions

Park FAQs

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes please! Before you jump, flip, or climb at Freestyle, everyone needs a signed waiver—it’s all part of keeping your session safe and stress-free.
If you’re under 16, your parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for you. Just a heads-up: permission by phone or email isn’t enough—we need the waiver properly signed.
The good news? Once it’s done, we’ll keep it on file, so you’re good to go for future visits. Waivers are valid for a whole year from the date you sign🎉

Why do I need to wear grip socks?

At Freestyle, we want you bouncing, flipping, and flying as safely as possible! Our grip socks are specially designed to give you extra traction on the trampolines, helping you stay steady on your feet and reducing the risk of slips—especially on our wall trampolines.

Grip socks are compulsory, but good news! We do accept grip socks from other trampoline parks—just pop by reception first so we can check them.
Forgot yours? No worries! You can grab a pair in-park for £2.95, and they’re yours to keep for your next Freestyle session.
Grip up, bounce big, and have fun! 🎉

Is there a safety briefing and how far in advance do I need to arrive?

You bet! Before the fun begins at Freestyle, everyone must take part in a quick induction and health & safety briefing. It’s how we make sure you know the rules, stay safe, and get the most out of your session.
🕒 Please arrive 30 minutes before your session start time to allow for check-in and your safety briefing.
Running late?

If you arrive late, our friendly Front of House team will decide whether you can still join your booked session. If too much of the safety briefing has been missed, you may need to wait for the next available session.
Arrive early, get briefed, and get ready to jump! 🎉🤸‍♀️

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

Safety first! Here’s the lowdown: •Under 12? All guests must be supervised on-site by a parent or guardian.
Ages 12 and up? They can bounce without a parent, but we cannot take responsibility for them—so make sure they’re ready to freestyle safely!
Under 4? Little ones must be supervised on the trampoline court by an adult for the whole session.

Waivers: Jumpers under 16 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
💁‍♂️ Extra perk: Supervising adults who aren’t bouncing aren’t charged—so you can watch the fun for free!

Do I need to book in advance?

You don’t have to—but we highly recommend it! Booking in advance helps make sure we’ve got space ready for you to jump & flip without disappointment.
Weekends and school holidays are super popular and often sell out in advance, so if we’re full, we won’t be able to take walk-ins.
Booking online saves you money and makes check-in quicker and smoother—less waiting, more jumping! 🙌🤸‍♂️
Book ahead, skip the stress, and bounce straight into the fun at Freestyle!

Do you have lockers?

Absolutely! Our parks have plenty of free lockers for your valuables, phones, and other bits and bobs.
Your items are stored at your own risk, so make sure to lock them up properly. Each locker comes with a 4-digit code, and the instructions are clearly displayed above the lockers. Plus, our friendly staff are always on hand to help if you need a hand!

Can I bring my own food?

To keep everyone safe and happy, outside food and drinks aren’t allowed in our café—our food health & safety policy is strict on this.
🎉 Birthday party? No problem! If you’ve booked a party with us, you can bring a cake to enjoy.
🌱 Allergies? Don’t worry! Our café is happy to cater for allergies—just let us know when you arrive.
Come hungry for fun, and leave the snacks to us (unless it’s your special birthday cake, of course!) 🎈🤸‍♂️

Do you have parking?

Yes! We’ve got a large private car park with plenty of spaces, including disabled parking spots for easy access
At busy times, don’t worry—there’s an overflow car park available in the neighbouring building, but this is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our car park can get busy, so please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to park before your session starts.
Park up, grab your grip socks, and get ready to jump! 🎉🤸‍♀️

Are there any weight restrictions?

Yes—for safety reasons, jumpers must be under 18.5 stone (about 117 kg / 258 lbs).
We want everyone to bounce safely and freestyle with confidence, so we stick to this limit to keep the fun safe for all! 🎉🤸‍♂️

Are we allowed to use soft play?

Our soft play is included in the price of your ticket, so little bouncers can join in on the fun!
We also have a height board so children can check if they meet the height restrictions for certain activities.
⚠️ Please note: This area is not supervised by staff, so it’s the parent or guardian’s responsibility to make sure children are following the height rules and staying safe.
Bounce, climb, and play—safely! 🤸‍♀️🎉

How long do you keep lost property?

We try our best to reunite you with your lost items! On average, we keep lost property for 3 months.
After that, any unclaimed belongings get a second chance at life—they’re donated to a local charity store to find a new home.
So if you’ve lost something, make sure to check in soon… we’d love to get it back to you! 🏃‍♂️💨

Why can’t I book the last session online?

Sometimes our parks may need to close a little earlier than usual, which means the final session of the day may be removed from online booking to allow the park to close safely and smoothly.
This could be due to an early closure, a private function, or an event that means the park is closed to the public for part of the day.
We always do our best to advertise early closures in advance, and while unplanned closures are very rare, they can occasionally happen.
Please note that we don’t have control over the opening hours shown on Google, so the best way to check is by visiting our website or giving the park a call and speaking to one of our lovely reception team members 💙
Thanks for checking before you travel — we’d hate for you to miss out! 🎉

Highstyle Climbing Wall

What are the benefits of climbing?

Fun Walls are perfect for enhancing cognitive, social, and emotional development in children. They challenge balance, coordination, and agility with interactive obstacles and team-oriented games. Climbing also provides a full-body workout that enhances strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and mental health.

Do I need previous climbing experience / is it safe?

Safety at Freestyle is key! Each session begins with a safety briefing ensuring all climbers are fully equipped and ready to go. Our trained staff are always on hand and our state-of-the-art automatic belay system which takes up the slack as you climb, and then gradually lowers you to the ground, ensures your safety and enjoyment every step of the way. No prior climbing experience is needed —just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to conquer new heights in a fun, safe, and vibrant environment.

What should I wear?

Gear up for the thrill by wearing comfortable, close-fitting clothing (no hoodies, skirts or dresses) all participants must wear closed-toe shoes (no crocs, sandals or heeled shoes) —trainers are ideal, ensuring you can leap and land with confidence. And make sure long hair is tied back for a seamless climb.

How long is each climbing session?

Each climbing session is a heart-pumping 30 minutes of pure exhilaration, promising laughter, excitement, and endless fun. Please be aware you must arrive 15 minutes before your session to give staff time to get you briefed and harnessed up. It will take a further 5 minutes to remove harnesses after your session, with this in mind we recommend allowing around 50 minutes for your session.

Are there any age restrictions in place?

Although we would love to let all our customers on our walls, we do have to stick to some age restrictions due to the nature of the activity and the equipment involved. Children must be aged 4 to participate. Any child aged between 4 and 6 must be supervised at all times by a competent adult over the age of 16.

Is there a spectator area for parents?

For those assisting climbers, join your adventurers in the gated area and be part of the action! Any assisting adult will need to: be signed in with a valid waiver, must be wearing a spectating wristband and attend the sessions briefing. (any child under the age of 6 must have an assisting adult with them at all times). Prefer to enjoy the excitement from a distance? Spectating adults can cheer on their climbers from the other side of the barrier, ensuring everyone has a front-row seat to the fun. Whether you're scaling new heights or watching with awe, Freestyle Trampoline Park guarantees an unforgettable experience for all!

How long before my activity start time should I arrive?

Please remember to arrive 15 minutes before your session to complete check-ins and all necessary safety arrangements. To maintain the best experience for everyone, we have a strict late arrival policy: if you’re late, you'll be rescheduled to the next available session without the option of a refund, this ensures that our staff can focus entirely on the current climbers.
